Overall: B
Zak Gibbs discovers he and his father have a lot in common when a clock-stopping watch, and the thugs who want it, threaten his family. Special effects make this romp through a time-warp good fun for most families, although there are some content issues to consider before zipping to the theater.
Violence: B-
Several characters threatened. Family has mild argument. Characters fear terrorist activity. Characters are sprayed with pop and one boy is pushed by character. Characters engage in minor vandalism, pranks and some shoplifting. Scene of car chase includes near misses, motorcycle accident and van driving over the side of a bridge; occupant is injured. Characters refit paintball guns with nitrogen bullets. Character kicks another in the head and face. Characters use "freeze guns" to stop people. Man hit in crotch. Explosion happens inside of building.
Sexual
Content: B
Teenaged couple kisses. Teenaged character looks at pornographic magazine. Female character shown in midriff-baring shirts -- in one scene her bra is briefly seen while she changes clothes. Girl is seen in bath towel.
Language: B
At least: 3 mild profanities, 2 terms of Deity used as expletives, and some instances of name-calling.

Drug Use: A-
Adult characters drink alcohol with dinner.
Miscellaneous:
Dog urinates inside car. Characters briefly discuss a bathroom topic and comment is made about girls swimming naked. Teenagers attend a Rave. Boy sits on car trunk while the vehicle is being driven. Character does bike stunts on roadway. Several characters have multiple body piercing.
