The animated adventures of Spider-Man are full of crime-fighting action and drama that may set your Spidey senses tingling, but the level of violence and destruction may be less frightening for young viewers than the live action version.
Violence: C
Characters attacked by flying droids. Large mechanical bugs crash through ceilings and walls, large chunks of debris sent flying, punctuated with explosions and fires. Camera is grabbed from owner and thrown to the floor. Character perishes in fire. Smoke bombs, lasers, freeze rays, acid, metal beams, and martial arts equipment are all used as weapons. Bomb strapped to characters. Character falls from great height. Car slams to a halt, rendering the driver unconscious. Numerous wrestling matches. Characters threatened by wild animals. Traps and snares used on characters. Character suspended over water and another blasted by a column of water. Laboratory is trashed by character. Barrels tumble towards characters. Character is pinned by machinery.
Sexual Content: A-
Tight clothing on some female characters reveals exaggerated muscles and other assets of comic book proportions; this attracts some male attention. Couples occasionally embrace and kiss.

None.
Alcohol/Drug Use: C+
Powder used as a knockout drug. Serum used to alter, as well as cure characters. Drug tested on laboratory animal.
